The Examination Room

    Your pet will be assessed on arrival, by a triage nurse (veterinary nurses are called "technicians"). Your client information will be entered in the computer data base. Animals are admitted and examined by the veterinarian in order of severity of disease, not arrival times. We ask your patience with this unfamiliar system. If your pet's medical status changes, or you grow more concerned while waiting, it is very important that you call, or ring the countertop bell. The staff will be with you as soon as is humanly possible!
